3 days till RAGBRAI. WHOOO HOOO!! The team leaves Saturday morning for Rock Rapids. After a nice long haul, we should arrive in Rock Rapids in the mid to late afternoon. I haven't been able to get many miles on my bike this week as I would have liked (lots of last minute logistical stuff to finalize) but am very anxious to start pedaling on Sunday! To "train" this week, I've been eating a moderate amount of double dippers -- you know, the chocolate-coated peanuts that Brach's makes? I figure it will prepare me for tire dipping on RAGBRAI, right? ha ha What's your favorite "training" moment this week?
