Pictures are up!

Hello team!
I just finished posting the pictures that I had on my camera, and a few from some other teammates. If you have some you'd like to share, e-mail them to Kendra at ragbrai@wartburg.edu and I'll put them on the blog. Thanks again for a great ride and we'll see you next year on RAGBRAI XXXVI.

Day 7 Pictures Dyersville to Bellevue - THE LAST DAY!

WE MADE IT! Here is the second half of our group. The first half came in a little earlier and rode to the river as a team. Pictured (L-R) is Kendra, Linda, Theresa, John, and Randy.

7 miles outside of Bellevue and we stop to eat at Tender Tom's. Our last food joint before the ride into Bellevue.

John and Kendra take a break (and grab a bite to eat) at Lamont.

Kendra and Linda -- we got giggles!

This is the homemade sign that was just outside of Dyersville. I don't know who made it, but THANK YOU! It was a wonderful surprise, and a nice motivation as I was climbing up one of the hills!
POOOORRRKKKK CHOOOOOP! The Mr. Pork Chop guy is retiring after RAGBRAI XXXV, but we hear that his son is taking over the business for next year. Yea!

John, Marilyn, Kendra, Randy and Linda all ride into Dyersville together.

Day 5 Pictures Cedar Falls to Independence

Some of the crew stopped at a gravel road outside of Klinger so we could meet up with Kendra's parents.
The team at the Independence Pizza Ranch.

We stayed at an alum's house in Independence and she went all out for us, sign and all!

We feasted on a huge spread of lasagna, garlic bread, veggies, and two kinds of dessert that night. Thanks Darlene and family!
Our hosts for the evening!

Yummy!

Randy, Kendra, Linda, Brianne and John stop at the volcano in Laurens, Iowa to meet the town's mayor! Aloha!

Did you know if you eat a blue snow cone, your tongue also turns blue? Nice one, Bri!

Outside Tom Latham's mom's house. These women formed a band and played for riders. The sign reads "We play for free, we stop for a dollar." Very cute!!
